FAQ and Rules – Please read before trip!
NO Phone calls.

Conga Queen is limited to 12 passengers and has a bathroom on board.

Parking is free – and limited to 4 cars per trip, arrive 10 minutes before departure.

Passengers can bring own food, snacks, drink, ice, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

Blue tooth speaker system with lighting on board.

All safety equipment for adults and children is USCG approved and on board.

The guided river tour starts and ends at the marina and there will be no stops.

Children can ride along that are accommodated by a parent, and count towards the 12-person limit.
Weather.

Tours will go out rain or shine, as the Conga Queen has a top. Crews have no control over the weather.

Should the captain decide the weather conditions are not suitable, you have the option to postpone your trip by up to a year since you made your reservation. You have the flexibility to choose a date in the future or the next year.

Route – the guided river tour by your captain/crew are weather and time dependent, and will be on the Clinton River and possibly part of LSC.
Rules

There is no smoking, cigars, or vaping, as required by Federal Waterway laws, this will end the ride and return to port.

The Captain/Crew is in charge at all times and can cancel the trip as needed if the passengers are in any danger, compromise safety, unruly, or weather becomes unsafe.

No passengers can go swimming or jump off the boat.

$100 fine for breaking the bathroom.

All children under 6 years of age must wear a USCG-approved Type I or II PFD when riding on the open deck of any vessel while underway.

No Pets.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee is $100, 72 hours before the tour, via email only.

All No-show will not receive a refund, no expectations.
